For livestock orders (i.e., coral and saltwater fish), we offer a live arrival guarantee, which means the fish or coral will arrive alive and in good health. In the event of a dead arrival, you must notify us within 2 of receipt, along with photographic proof, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns may be subject to restocking fees and must comply with our return policy. Livestock returns are typically not accepted unless there is a clear shipping error or issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DOA & Refund Policy

At Onlyfrags.com, we take pride in providing healthy coral and saltwater fish to our customers. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we have outlined our Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Return Policy below.

1. Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all coral and saltwater fish purchased from our website. This guarantee ensures that your order arrives alive and in good health.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If you receive a shipment with dead coral or fish, you must adhere to the following guidelines to be eligible for a DOA claim:

Notification Deadline: You must notify us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Photographic Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the dead specimens with time-stamped images. The photos should clearly show the condition of the specimens in their original packaging and the shipping box, including any signs of stress or damage.
Live Arrival Conditions: Your DOA claim is only valid if the specimens were delivered during the agreed-upon shipping window.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Upon verification of your DOA claim, you may choose one of the following options:

A full refund for the DOA items.
A replacement of the DOA items, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning items.

4. Returns for Non-Livestock Items

For non-livestock merchandise (e.g., equipment, supplies):

Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return
